Privacy Policy

Effective October 29, 2026

TrustPoint Notary & Courier Services, operated by Lisa Dixon, uses information to respond to requests, coordinate services, handle payments and document work. This policy covers trustpointnotarycourier.com and the TrustPoint Operations workspace.

Information we collect and use

Depending on the service, we collect your name, email, phone number, appointment preferences, pickup and delivery addresses, recipient contacts, package descriptions, instructions and documents you choose to upload. We use these to review eligibility, plan travel, communicate with you and perform the agreed service. Provide recipient information only when you are authorized to arrange the handoff.

Pickup and delivery records may include a signature, signer name, photograph, handoff time and the reason a signature was unavailable. These records help document the service and resolve questions. Technical records such as IP-derived rate-limit identifiers, request logs and authentication records help protect the website and investigate problems.

Documents and payments

Uploaded documents are stored in private storage. Authorized staff can access them; customer return links require email verification and use short-lived download links. Preliminary request uploads are limited to PDF, JPG and PNG files. Do not include unrelated sensitive information. Preliminary upload does not complete notarization or an apostille.

Stripe processes website payments when payment features are available. TrustPoint keeps transaction references, amounts and payment status; the website does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Online notarization initiated on Proof is handled through that provider and its own notices and procedures.

Google Calendar connection

The Google Calendar connection is for the authorized TrustPoint administrator, not a requirement for customers. With the administrator's permission, TrustPoint verifies the Google account email, reads events on the connected primary calendar to identify busy intervals, and creates or updates TrustPoint booking events. It removes its corresponding events when applicable bookings are cancelled. Event details can include service type, reference number, appointment location, travel and appointment times, and reminder settings.

Busy-time synchronization stores event identifiers and start/end times, rather than personal event titles or descriptions. Authorization credentials are kept server-side with access restricted to the backend. Google information is used only for scheduling, conflict prevention, booking calendar entries and reminders. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models. Human access is limited to authorized support/security needs, your consent, or legal requirements.

TrustPoint's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke access through your Google Account connections. Contact TrustPoint to request removal of stored connection credentials and cached calendar data. Revocation stops future authorized API access; calendar entries already created may remain in Google until removed.

Service providers and disclosure

We use hosting and database services, including Supabase and the website hosting platform; Resend for service emails; Stripe for payments; Google Maps/Routes for route estimates and navigation; and Google Calendar for the administrator's schedule. Addresses needed for route calculations are sent to the routing provider. If you use Zoom or Proof, their services handle information under their own terms and privacy notices. We share information needed to perform your requested service with the intended pickup/delivery contacts and relevant service providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to investigate fraud, protect people or resolve a dispute. We do not sell personal information.

Storage, retention and security

Website request uploads and outgoing shared document files are scheduled for removal after their 30-day retention period unless TrustPoint selects a later archive retention date for continued service or recordkeeping. Archived files remain subject to that selected date. Request details and upload history remain. Proof-of-service, correspondence, billing and other business records may be retained as needed to provide service, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Provider records and backups can have separate retention periods. Google busy-time caches are refreshed over a rolling scheduling window; connection credentials remain until removed or replaced.

We use HTTPS, restricted administrative access, private document storage and expiring links. No system guarantees complete security. Keep private links and verification codes confidential. Essential browser storage maintains an administrator's sign-in; service providers may use their own cookies or storage when you visit them.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct or delete information by contacting us. We verify requests and may retain records needed for legal obligations or unresolved transactions. You can decline optional uploads; we will explain if a document is necessary for the service. Service communications concern requests, bookings, documents and deliveries; contact us to discuss your communication preference. Automatic SMS is not currently active.

Contact and updates

Email lisa.dixon@trustpointnotarycourier.com or call/text 407-212-1772. We will post changes here with a new effective date. Material new uses of Google data will require appropriate notice and consent.

Driver location tracking

With the driver’s browser permission, the Driver Workspace uses location fixes during an active trip to estimate distance. Raw fixes stay in that browser during the trip and are removed there when the trip is closed successfully. TrustPoint saves distance, accuracy and coverage summaries with trip records. Location is not collected before a trip starts. Browser tracking may pause when the screen locks or another app is opened; incomplete mileage is flagged for review.
