Cancellation policy

Before travel begins: cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed pickup time for a full refund; later cancellations incur a $20 fee, capped at the amount paid. Once travel begins, charges are $25 per hour for documented job time plus $0.76 per mile actually driven, without adding the $20 fee. Any unused balance is refunded.
