Orlando is where most of my days start and end. As a mobile notary based in Central Florida, I cover the full spread of the city — from the medical district near Orlando Regional Medical Center to the residential neighborhoods of Dr. Phillips, MetroWest, and Conway. I've spent more than 40 years working in healthcare — as a nurse, a Navy hospital corpsman, and later as a licensed practical nurse. That background matters in a city like Orlando, where some of my most important appointments happen at hospital bedsides. I understand the weight of those moments. I know how to move through a hospital floor without disrupting staff, and I know how to help someone sign documents when they're under stress or in pain. Not every notary can do that, and not every notary will.

Orlando also has a high concentration of healthcare facilities — AdventHealth Orlando, Orlando Health, Florida Hospital, and a number of long-term care and hospice facilities spread across the metro area. Beyond hospital work, I handle the full range of notarizations: real estate and mortgage signings, powers of attorney, advance directives, affidavits, estate documents, and general acknowledgments. I also offer remote online notarization (RON) if you'd rather sign from your phone or laptop — fully Florida-compliant and legally binding in all 50 states.
